Born and raised in Compton, California, Leelah watched her parents build businesses from the ground up, including a bakery, herbal shop, jazz lounge, and private school. Her father’s mantra, “Do for self,” shaped her approach to entrepreneurship and wealth building.
Before launching her courier company, she tried multiple income paths: Amazon reselling, dropshipping, trading, vending machines, and independent contracting with Uber, Lyft, DoorDash, and Instacart.
After opening her first event studio, she needed extra money to furnish and grow it, so she turned to medical courier work as a side hustle. What began as temporary cash quickly became a thriving, recession proof business.

During the 2020 pandemic, when the world stopped, Leelah’s routes didn’t. Hospitals, labs, and clinics still needed reliable deliveries, and she realized this business model was built to last.
Ready to scale, she explored private and government contracts and found major courier and medical supply opportunities on public bidding sites. She learned how to bid, price, and win, securing four and five figure contracts.
She went from $5K a month running routes to $10K, $20K, and beyond, turning her courier hustle into a six figure company and a movement.
